Returns

In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing fault with a piece purchased from a

collection online, you will receive a full refund upon return of the item. You should return your item to the return address within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must arrive to me in perfect condition and in the original packaging. Email me at deniyaljewellery@googlemail.com with any issues or for more information.

Each piece is made completely hand made by me. I put my my whole soul into making each piece, uniquely and perfectly imperfect, I endeavour to see this reflected in the standard of the finished pieces.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom made pieces due to custom specifications. I am always happy to discuss in depth the design of your dreams, make drawings and amendments until you are fully happy with the design before I make the piece, to ensure you are fully happy with the final design.
