Stone Setting Workshop

Perfect for beginners, no previous experience required.

Each workshop will be from 9.30-16.00, at Presteigne Assembly Rooms (Market Hall, Broad St, Presteigne LD8 2AD)

You will be working 4:1 with me to make yourself a ring or pendant with a gemstone of your choice.

Using Sterling Silver and the basic silversmithing tools, we will learn how to design a ring or pendant, form and solder the components, and set a gemstone. We will also learn how to sand, finish and polish your final piece.

The workshop includes; all materials and tools you will need, and tea/coffee and biscuits.

There will be a one hour lunch break at midday- please bring a packed lunch.

Full payment needed to secure your booking.

All under 18’s will need to be accompanied by an adult already booked onto the course.

Once you have booked onto a course access information and the full address will be sent to you in a confirmation email.

Please wear closed toe shoes, hair tied back and bring glasses if you need them.
